  • Tomatoes

  • large head of garlic

  • ginger

  • red chili

  • Mustard Oil

  • coriander

    a bunch

  • Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilli

  • Vinegar- 1 Tbsp

    1 Tbsp

  • soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • salt

    to taste

  • water

    (as needed)

  • 1 serving 26 oz

    Instructions

    1. Apply Mustard Oil on Tomatoes, Chilli, Ginger & Garlic
    2. ⁠Start Roasting Them On Medium- High Flame
    3. Peel Their Roasted Skin
    4. Now pour roasted tomato, ginger-garlic, chilli into BlendJet jar
    5. ⁠Add Corriander Stem & Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilli
    6. ⁠Lastly, add Salt, Soy Sauce & Vinegar 1 Tsp Each
    7. ⁠Switch on power button & Make A Smooth Paste Of Your Chutney
