INGREDIENTS

  • curd

    1/2 Cup

  • olive oil

    1/4 cup

  • milk of choice

    2 tbsp

  • sugar

    1/2 cup

  • all purpose flour

    1 & 1/2 cup

  • nutella

    2 tbsp

  • baking powder

    1/2 tsp

  • baking powder

    1 tsp

    • 1 serving 16 oz

    Instructions

    1. add curd, oil, milk, sugar, ALP, nutella, baking powder and baking soda in BlendJet
    2. blend everything together
    3. transfer the batter in the mould of your choice and - bake it for 30 mins at 180°C
    4. topped it with nutella and hazelnuts
    5. serve and enjoy
